Summer Salads


My favorite thing to eat for the last 2 weeks has been salad. I start with a base of mixed greens (but i seem to use less and less each time) and add cucumber, roma tomatoes, avocados, sunflower seeds, feta, and a balsamic vinegar dressing.  I add something a little different and today I put blue berries on it. Super delicious but I'm wondering what else I should be adding.

Any suggestions?

    Hmm I don't know what else you could add. That sounds kind of perfect. The cucumber almost looks like apple slices in that photo, maybe you could try that?

    Or some strawberries with the blueberries?
